Delivery Policy

Every effort is made to ensure that products on the Lions, Tigers & Bears website are in stock and can be quickly dispatched. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity if we find an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock.  In this event, we will inform you of when the item will next be in stock, refund any monies or try to supply an alternative.  We will advise you of the anticipated delivery time at this time.

We aim to deliver all orders received in no more than 8-10 working days, and in the majority of cases sooner. If for any reason, your order will take longer than this – for example on made to order items, you will be advised of this at the point of ordering.

Delivery Options

We dispatch goods by Royal Mail, however, some products may be sent via a tracked / signed for courier service e.g. Collect Plus / DPD. We always endeavour to utilise the most appropriate shipping option for your order.

Some carriers offer a text messaging update service, so please supply your mobile number at checkout in order to receive text updates where applicable.

As some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, you may receive your order in separate deliveries. If you are ordering multiple items and are likely to receive separate packages as a result, you will be informed via your confirmation email along with anticipated delivery dates.

International Delivery

Our website and all our standard shipping rates are set for mainland UK shipping. If you live outside of mainland UK, please contact us at international@lionstigersandbears.uk.com to get a bespoke shipping quote and to place your order directly.
